KINETIC
“Kinetic comes from the Greek word kinētikos, meaning ‘of motion’, which in turn traces to the verb kinein, meaning ‘to move’.” Merriam Webster

Kinetic is an aspiring Ethos Leaders programme that is available for staff from across the organisation. Kinetic is two day programme and will take place at The Gate. The first day will be in the Spring Term and the second day in the Summer Term. The day will start at 9.30am and finish at 4.30pm and will include lunch. PARTICANTS SAID……
“The training was a brilliant blend of engaging activities that reinforced the core learning and reflection / space to consider the application of all we were learning, in our current and potential future roles within Grace Foundation. The pace was good, with lots packed in, without it feeling rushed or overwhelming. Matt’s delivery style is warm and engaging and creates a space for learning solid content and also reflecting on the learning journey and it’s application after the course finishes.”
“This training has been immensely helpful in helping me plan next steps!”
“Yet again, some fantastic training which will continue to allow me to grow and prosper within Grace Foundation. Thank you!”
